Three kinds of statement, always distinguished

• Fact: something we have verified and can source. Unverified facts are omitted, not estimated.
• Editorial evaluation: our labelled opinion, such as strengths and considerations.
• Advertising relationship: disclosed contextually on the page, not only in the footer.

Sourcing

Provider facts come from the provider's own published materials, information supplied to us directly, or other checkable sources. We link sources where appropriate and record a verification state internally for every field.

Accountability

Content is written and reviewed by the Telehealth Discover Editorial Team. Health-related pages carry an author, a last-reviewed date, sources where applicable and a medical disclaimer. We do not invent authors, medical reviewers or credentials.

What we will not publish

• Fabricated reviews, testimonials, ratings, badges or media mentions.
• Invented pricing, statistics, studies or availability claims.
• Guarantees about prescriptions, treatment or outcomes.
• Claims that we are a healthcare provider or possess clinical expertise we do not have.
• Manipulative urgency devices such as countdown timers or artificial scarcity.
• Pages created only by swapping keywords, including location pages with no real local information.

Updates and corrections

Records are re-reviewed as we verify new information or as providers change their offerings. When we correct something, we update the record and the last-reviewed date. Readers and providers can request corrections at any time.

Independence

Commercial relationships determine which providers we can link to, not what we say about them. No provider reviews our editorial evaluation before publication or has approval rights over it.
