Telehealth options for employers and organizations

Arranging online care for a team raises different questions than choosing a service for yourself: multi-state coverage, onboarding, contract terms and support all matter more than a headline price.

Business registration options

These are the providers that offer a business registration path and for which we have a verified destination. We do not publish plan features we have not confirmed.

What to evaluate

  • Coverage in every state where your people live and work.
  • What the fee includes, and which services cost extra per visit.
  • How employees are enrolled, and what happens when someone leaves.
  • Whether the arrangement is insurance, and what it explicitly does not cover.
  • Contract length, renewal terms and how to cancel.
  • Support channels and response expectations for administrators.

What we can and cannot tell you

We can tell you which providers offer a business path and point you to the right place to register. We cannot tell you what a specific plan includes for your organization — that comes from the provider, in writing, with your headcount and states in front of them.

A note on compliance

We are not a medical provider, insurer or broker, and nothing on this page is legal, tax, benefits or compliance advice. Involve your own advisors before adopting a healthcare benefit.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an insurance product?

Not necessarily. Telehealth access arranged by an employer is often separate from health insurance. Ask the provider to state in writing what the arrangement is and what it does not cover.

What should we ask a telehealth provider before signing anything?

Ask about coverage in every state where you have staff, what the fee includes, how members are added and removed, what support is available, the contract term and how to cancel.

Do you publish business pricing?

Only when we have verified it directly with the provider. We do not estimate or infer business pricing.
